They are there solely for your money, not to help with whatever problems you are having. Summer, that works in the office, will blatantly lie regarding what you will be billed and does not have people skills to resolve issues that arise in a respectable manner! After receiving my initial bill, I was thankful I had cancelled any follow-up appointments due to being overcharged from what I was told I would be charged! I would not recommend this chiropractor. There are others in Harrisonburg where you will get a lot more for your money!
